Who We Are

Susan Garrity Bish

Industry expertise in healthcare and information technology has enabled Ms. Bish to make significant contributions in the areas of marketing, strategic planning, and sales for companies including Baxter Healthcare, Allscrips Pharmaceuticals, and U.S. Robotics. Change management and directing strategic initiatives for controlled growth are strengths she has exercised in helping these companies reach or exceed their goals.

 

She brings the experience gained through over 25 years of marketing, sales, management, coaching, and training to bear on client challenges such as establishing / implementing marketing and sales strategy, changing and reinforcing corporate culture, and restoring competitive advantage. Susan managed the launch of 3 new brands and 45 new products in the computer technology market. She also raised over $15 million in venture capital to support the growth of a leading edge pharmaceutical distribution company and was heavily involved in raising $30 million of equity capital by taking a company public.

 

Susan is a graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management with a master of management degree and has a bachelor of science degree in international marketing from the University of Colorado.

Myron L. Bish

Mr. Bish employs 30 years’ experience in financial services and management of light and heavy manufacturing operations to help clients with strategic planning, managing change, continuous process improvement, and organizational development. His diversified career has encompassed front line operations management with U.S. Steel, entrepreneurial experience as an owner and plant manager of an industrial metal plating business, and finance director of one of Chevron Corporation's oil and gas production business units.

 

With over 10 years’ experience with Chevron Corporation, an international petroleum industry leader, Myron achieved corporate objectives leading organizations during times of explosive growth and through the challenges of downsizing. Myron managed the integration of accounting and regulatory affairs departments during one of corporate history's largest mergers. With managerial and analytical experience in accounting, auditing, financial management, tax, human resources and management compensation, Myron led teams to outstanding results in areas of cost reduction, process improvement and quality management initiatives.

 

Myron has an undergraduate degree in management from Brigham Young University and an MBA in management from California State University, Sacramento.
